This Privacy Policy describes how Marketday, Inc. ("Marketday," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our operations infrastructure platform, website (marketday.ai), and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

Information provided by our business customers and their authorized users. Marketday provides services to businesses. Our customers and their authorized personnel provide us with information including names, email addresses, phone numbers, job roles, and business contact details in order to use the Services.
Operational content. In the course of using the Services, users submit operational information such as text messages, voice recordings, emails, photos, forms, and reports related to their business operations. This content is processed on behalf of our business customers to deliver the Services.
Automatically collected information. We collect standard technical information when you use our Services, including IP address, device and browser type, and usage data, to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the ServicesProcess and route operational communications on behalf of our business customersSend transactional and operational messages, including SMS, to users who have consented to receive themProvide customer supportImprove, secure, and develop the ServicesComply with legal obligations
We do not use customer operational content for advertising. We do not sell personal information.

3. SMS and Mobile Information

Marketday sends operational text messages (such as task assignments, report notifications, and confirmations) to users who have provided express consent to receive them.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@marketday.ai.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers. We use third-party providers (such as cloud hosting and communications infrastructure) solely to operate the Services. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use the information for their own purposes.Within a customer account. Operational content is shared with other authorized users of the same customer account as directed by the customer and the design of the Services.Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.Business transfers. If Marketday is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services to our business customers, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Business customers may request deletion of their account data by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because Marketday processes most information on behalf of its business customers, we may direct requests to the relevant customer, or work with the customer to fulfill them. 8. Children

The Services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
